1. The product

Before You Pull Studio is local-first software for planning, researching, producing, reviewing, preparing publishing packages, analyzing performance, and developing evidence-based Learnings for short-form content. The current focus is gaming content. This website describes the product and does not provide a hosted Studio, public accounts, or cloud access to local projects.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the age and eligibility requirements of any connected provider. If you act for someone else, you must have authority to do so. You are responsible for your device, configuration, credentials, backups, and accounts.

Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Review provider consent screens and grant only the permissions needed for your intended use.

3. Authorized social integrations

Current YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram connections are for read-only analytics. By connecting an account, you authorize Studio to retrieve supported account, owned-content, and performance information for the features described in the Privacy Policy.

The current version does not use these connections to automatically publish content. You can disconnect locally and revoke authorization separately through the provider.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Studio or this website to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent authorization, collect information you are not permitted to access, circumvent platform restrictions, distribute harmful content, or interfere with another person’s systems or accounts. Follow the rules of your connected platforms and configured production services.

5. Content, intellectual property, and rights

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your local productions to Before You Pull. You are responsible for having the rights, licenses, permissions, and consent needed for source material, artwork, voices, music, trademarks, and publication.

Before You Pull’s software, website, and branding remain subject to their applicable intellectual property rights. Access does not grant a right to redistribute the software or claim affiliation. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Generated output may contain errors or material that requires further rights review. A completed production or creative approval does not establish permission to publish.

6. Review and publication responsibility

Review the exact revision and artifact you intend to use. Studio’s creative approval applies to that artifact; factual checks, direct listening, rights, platform eligibility, and publication authorization may require separate decisions.

Publishing packages assist preparation. Publication currently occurs through external platforms under your control. You are responsible for the final upload, posting copy, disclosures, platform settings, and any consequences of publication.

7. Analytics and Learnings limitations

Providers can omit, delay, round, change, or restrict metrics. Different platforms and observation periods may measure different things. Studio cannot guarantee complete, timely, or directly comparable data, and TikTok’s normal configured integration does not provide Creator Rewards data or the complete Creator Center analytics dataset.

Learnings depend on the evidence available, including comparison groups, sample size, baselines, and limitations. They are analytical aids rather than guarantees of growth, revenue, causation, or future results. “Not enough evidence” is a valid outcome. Use your judgment before acting.

8. Third-party services

Connected platforms and configured production providers have their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and fees. You are responsible for your use of them. Before You Pull does not control their services and does not claim their approval, certification, partnership, or endorsement.

Studio uses YouTube API Services. Use involving those services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Review the terms for TikTok, Instagram, and any production provider you configure.

9. Availability and changes

Features and integrations may change or become unavailable as software and providers evolve. Local operation depends on your device and configuration. No uptime, support response time, or ongoing compatibility is promised. Maintain appropriate backups.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No guarantee is made that output will be accurate, services uninterrupted, or data free from loss.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Before You Pull is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from publication or third-party service changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause does not override mandatory consumer protections.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Studio, disconnect accounts, revoke provider access, and remove your local data. Local disconnection removes connection credentials but may leave historical records until separately deleted, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Access to integrations can also end if a provider withdraws authorization or changes its services.

12. Changes to terms and contact

Updated terms will appear here with a revised effective date. Review changes before continuing to use the affected features. Contact support@beforeyoupull.com with questions about these terms or the product.
